- Diagnoses and removal of virus, spyware, and adware from many computers. Classes taken
to further knowledge of the growing malware
(malevolent software: viruses, spyware, etc.) threat, how to guard against them, and how
to recover from their effects.
- Software and Hardware support of home and field office PCs, including installation of individual systems, network servers, application servers (document tracking, scan and print), and network wiring.
- Designed and developed a Web-based Sales Forecasting solution - a large scale E-Business application.
- Developed and supported a radio frequency planning tool.
- Designed and implemented a brokered N-tier rapid application development and deployment framework used to build all the client's products.
- Performed system administration, analysis and program of PC based voicemail and announcement system.
- Designed and wrote WAN file management utility for Novell network of home and field offices.
